Maintenance includes only updating WordPress CMS, Updating Plugins, cross check if any web or mobile browser issues related to CMS or Plugin updates.

We will provide you with free domain based on the package you purchase if you do not have a one and free basic website hosting package for a duration of 1 year. Email packages are included and vary from package to another. Each email account will have 1 GB of space, if your website is not hosted with us, we are unable to provide email accounts.

Web hosting packages are based on fair use policy, if client website having high traffic or exceed fair usage policy, Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) will communicate with the client\customer upgrading their hosting package to coup with website growth and traffic.

Basic hosting renewal fees are 200$ per year, 20$ per year for .com domain name renewal, and 200$ per year for maintenance (this maintenance price is exclusive if website is hosted for us) maintenance fees if website is not hosted with us renews at 400$ per year.

We provide revision depending upon the package you selected. Customers can ask up to 6 revisions based on the package you purchase and we will revise your notes without any additional charges provided that the concept remains the same. Revision Turnaround Time would be up 48 hours. After using the maximum revisions we will notify you before proceeding with the new revision if any additional cost apply or not.

Revisions apply on both website and services we provide.

Our packages offer only up to 4 special plugins request setup based on your choice, based on your purchased package on our website you will have the right to choose either 2 plugins or 4 plugins as mentioned in its relative package on our website. If requested plugins needs a license purchase charges may apply on the client unless we have an extended license for the requested plugin no charges will apply on the client\customer.

Plugins that are used by us while building your template will require no charges, plugins that we offer for free within your website packages are mentioned in the tooltip next to plugins on each web package we provide.

Charges apply on plugins requested by customer that exceed 60$ and are not available in our extended license plugins list.

Please inform us about any plugin you want to use on your website to provide you with information if the specific plugins you requested are available within our extended plugins licensed list.

Additional requests of website modifications requested by client\customer other than what mentioned on the website, will be communicated with client\customer if any additional fees are required, Web Services Gate will proceed with the requested feature, function, update… After client submits related payment.

Any requests or additional features that we can do for Free we will proceed with us, unless charges apply we will inform our customers about the charges before proceeding.

Our website packages support payment gateway integrations of well-known payment gateway such as Stripe, 2checkout, PayPal, Apple Pay… If custom payment gateway integration is needed, Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) reserves the right to communicate this custom payment integration fees with the client.

Client acknowledges that he\she shall be responsible for performing the following in a reasonable and timely manner:
(a) Client shall provide a brief about the business, content, logo… Unless client ordered our content creation and logo services.
(b) Coordination of any decision-making with parties other than Web Services Gate
(c) Provision of Client Content in a form suitable for reproduction or incorporation into the Deliverables without further preparation, unless otherwise expressly provided in the Proposal; and
(d) Final proofreading and in the event that Client has approved Deliverables but errors, such as, by way of example, not limitation, typographic errors or misspellings, remain in the finished product, Client shall incur the cost of correcting such errors.

-Independent Contractor. Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) is an independent contractor, not an employee of Client or any company affiliated with Client. Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) shall provide the Services under the general direction of Client, but Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company shall determine, in Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) sole discretion, the manner and means by which the Services are accomplished. This Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture and neither party is authorized to act as agent or bind the other party except as expressly stated in this Agreement. Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) and the work product or Deliverables prepared by Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) shall not be deemed a work for hire as that term is defined under Copyright Law.

-Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) shall be permitted to engage and/or use third party service providers as independent contractors in connection with the Services provided. Notwithstanding, Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) shall remain fully responsible for such agents compliance with the various terms and conditions of this Agreement.

-No Solicitation. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of six (1) months after expiration or termination of this Agreement, Client agrees not to solicit, recruit, engage or otherwise employ or retain, on a full-time, part-time, consulting, work-for-hire or any other kind of basis, any Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company), employee or agent of Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company), whether or not said person has been assigned to perform tasks under this Agreement.

– No Exclusivity. The parties expressly acknowledge that this Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between the parties. Client is free to engage others to perform services of the same or similar nature to those provided by Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company), and Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) shall be entitled to offer and provide web development and web design services to others, solicit other clients and otherwise advertise the services offered by Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company).

In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after 24 hours of making an order on our website, refund is only applicable if Web Services Gate (A Nine Production Company) cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance. All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

You make a request to refund the amount within 24 hours of making an order on our website. If no refund requested by customer before 24 hours, the refund offer becomes void and refund request will not be entertained.

If request for refund is made between after 120 hours of placing your order, you would be eligible 30% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
